This has to be one of the craziest things we ever seen
2nd shot the threat was stopped, 4 more shots fired after assailant was on the ground. I see this kind of thing a lot in police shootings. Is that what they’re trained to do, or is this just the cognitive lag before the cop recognizes the problem has been solved?
